Service Agreement

Red’s Dumpsters will provide dumpster rental services to clients within 24 hours of booking. For one-day rentals if you are unable to complete the project within one day your rental will turn into a three-day rental. If you purchase a three-day rental and are unable to complete the project within the three days your rental will turn into a seven-day rental. Any rental that is over seven-days will obtain an additional charge of $25.00 per day. This additional fee will begin on the eighth day and cannot exceed more than three days unless otherwise discussed.

Client’s Responsibilities

  1. Clients are responsible for ensuring there is an area of where you would like your dumpster to be placed. 

  2. During drop off clients are responsible for inspecting the dumpster to ensure there is no prior damage to the dumpster. 

  3. If there is damage to the dumpster at the time of pick up you will be responsible for all damages and will be invoiced for repairs. 

  4. Ensuring there are no obstacles when the driver arrives to drop off or pick up the dumpster.

 

Additional Charges

  1. Each dumpster rental is provided with a certain amount of tonnage. If your waste load is over the allowed tonnage you will be charged an additional $57.00 for each ton you are over. 

  2. If Red’s Dumpsters has to complete a dry run which is arriving on the job-site and not being able to drop off the dumpster or arrive and are unable to pick up the dumpster due to an obstruction you will be charged an additional fee $150. 

  3. If you cancel less than 24-hours from your rental date you will be charged half of a one day rental price. Price varies depending on the size of your dumpster rental.  

  4. If the dumpster requires a deep cleaning due to hazardous or restricted waste you will be charged a cleaning fee and that will be invoiced separately.

Weight Allowance 

  1. For our 10-yard dumpster the maximum weight allowed is 4,000 pounds. At no time should the weight with the dumpster and waste combined be over 10,000 pounds. 

  2. For our 15-yard dumpster the maximum weight allowed is 5,000 pounds. At no time should the weight with the dumpster and waste combined be over 10,000 pounds. 

  3. For our 20-yard dumpster the maximum weight allowed is 6,000 pounds. At no time should the weight with the dumpster and waste combined be over 10,000 pounds. 

If the weight ever goes over the maximum allowed weight you will be charged an weight overage fee this is in addition to your tonnage fee.

Waste Material

Agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to only putting non-hazardous solid waste into our dumpsters. You will not put any liquid, hazardous waste, radioactive waste, sewage sludge, PSBs, Asbestos waste, medical waste, flammable waste, explosive waste, or prohibited materials. Prohibited Materials are listed out on Section 11514 of Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451 as Amended (NREPA).

Acknowledgement

Red’s Dumpsters are not liable for any damage to an area that you have requested our dumpster to be placed in. We are not liable if misuse of our dumpsters result in damages. If any hazardous or prohibited waste is placed in our dumpster you are liable for any and all charges Red’s Dumpsters incurs. Red’s Dumpsters will call 30-minutes prior to drop off and pick up. A space needs to be cleared for the dumpster to be placed or picked up. If you are not prepared we will wait for 25-minutes to clear an area if not done driver will leave property and you will incur a dry run charge. Red’s Dumpsters is not responsible for contacting property owners to ensure they approve of the dumpster drop off location.

Payment Information

Payment is required at the time of booking. When booking with Red’s Dumpsters you are authorizing us to keep your payment method provided on file until the service is completed. Services are not considered completed until we have the tonnage verified, ensured there are no damages, and that you have not put any restricted items or waste in the dump load.
